Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Built in 1953, home has great character. Quiet street. 1.58 miles to Bruce's Field at Aiken's Horse Park , a 4 minute drive *1 mile to Highfields Event Center, 1 minute drive *22 minutes, 12 miles to Stable View. *Also, it is an easy drive to Aiken's Grand Baseball Complex. *4 miles to downtown restaurants and shopping, very convenient. *Large yard for outdoor grilling and relaxing. Pet Friendly 3 bedroom home has a lot of space and a large completely fenced yard. 3 bedrooms , 1 large bathroom with linen closet, plus open cabinets for the many white towels. Spacious living room with fireplace and large kitchen, equipped with new 6-1 microwave/airfryer, oven, stove top, stainless refrigerator. 55 inch Smart TV to stream. Additional 350 sq ft, which includes a room with Pro-Line treadmill, small round table for work or puzzles or games and a red 70sh red chair, indoor patio and a large laundry room. Internet available for work or streaming your favorite programs

Super host, very helpful and responsive. The place is clean, quiet, huge backyard and fence in for my pups. We are happy and enjoying our stay. Would definitely stay again. Great place to stay, Highly recommend!

The neighbors are very friendly. From Exit 22, Hwy 1/York all the way to South Boundary, turn left on South Boundary. Drive through the beautiful oak trees, turn left on Solanne and right on Barbara Lane. Home is 3rd house on right.
There are Ubers, Taxi's and even a small bus called the Best Friends Express, which transports from local downtown to Augusta.

Milo and I have enjoyed preparing this 1908 cottage as our first Airbnb. This is our first airbnb, we just started in April 2022. Milo retired in 2021 and I still work as a Realtor/property manager in the area, which locals call this area the CSRA, which stands for Central Savannah River Area. We give God honor and praise for our marriage and family. We love our church, which is very close to the cottage, Christian Heritage Church. Milo is an avid hunter. He enjoys SC hunting and fishing. Turkey season is his favorite season. We enjoy camping in our 1987 Vintage Ellandon Winnebago. Family is very important to us. We have 3 wonderful children and 3 Grandchildren. We have 3 horses , 3 dogs and 2 rabbits. Our lives are full. We give God the thanks for anything we have and have accomplished in this world. We ask Him daily to order our steps and He does. Thank you for your interest in our cottage. I hope you have a great stay.
