Absolutely stunning place! Better than the pictures, you can’t imagine how beautiful it is. Watch the sun go down in the distance over the sea, by the pristine infinity pool. Immaculately maintained and the people here are so, so kind & friendly & helpful. Both Minea & Stefano are just so wonderful. And please do buy their oil! You get a lovely welcome hamper and they give you a bottle it’s exquisite. And we used to live nearby in Riparbella so we know the area. Would be hard to find anything more beautiful. Thank you 🙏🏻 all.

We had an amazing stay here. We were late getting there and they graciously waited for us! This is an incredibly beautiful location, even more than the pictures! I would definitely stay here again! And the olive oil. Amazing! I regret not bringing any home with me.

Tolle Gegend, bombastischer Blick, super Pool. Sehr abgelegen, sehr viel Privatsphäre. Leider viele Wanzen im Zimmer und wenig Spannendes in der Umgebung (Cecina - Ort daneben - sehr funktional ohne nennenswerte Eigenschaften)

Beautiful newly renovated apartments in a rustic building on an olive farm. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, and the olive oil tasting is fascinating and recommended. The pool area is spectacular and ideal for quiet afternoons. The region is agricultural and there are interesting hill towns nearby (Volterra, Bolgheri and San Gimignano all within about an hour). A lovely few days.

We had a wonderful stay at Ai Massi! The place is beautifully located, very calm and peaceful with stunning views over the Tuscan hills and the sea. The saltwater pool is even bigger than in the pictures, impeccably well looked after and probably the highlight of the property. Our apartment (Annamaria) had a well-equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with rain shower and two bedrooms, each with an extremely comfortable double-bed. Last but not least, everyone at Ai Massi was super welcoming, friendly and helpful. We will be back🫶
