Welcome To My House I would like you to feel it's your home during your stay. The house is located in a quiet residential area in Newport, the Island's capital town with shops, restaurants and bus station less than 10 minutes walk away and due to it's central location you you can access most parts of the island in about 20 minutes or a short bus ride. Its an older style 3 bed semi detached house situated in a quiet residential area with off-road Parking and about 10 minutes walk from the town centre and bus station in Newport . Newport is the capital town of the Island and most other places are about a 20 minute drive away or there is a fairly comprehensive bus service from Newport to all areas of the isle of Wight. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 very large double, 1 average size double and a small single. There is a sofa bed in the living room downstairs but it's in a walk through into the kitchen so not suitable for anyone keen on their privacy from the rest of the guests. There is an upstairs bathroom which contains a shower and toilet - there isn't a second toilet in the property. The stairs are steep for someone with mobility issues. There are safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs so suitable for our younger guests. There is an enclosed garden so is suitable for children and 4 legged guests. There's a shed at the back of the garden which houses a barbecue for guest use. I have tried to make this a versatile accommodation that is suitable for holiday accommodation or longer work related stays. There is a full kitchen set up plus a washing machine and dryer. The under stairs cupboard you can find a travel cot, doggy blanket and bowels , bucket and spades and a few other items that might come in useful for your stay.
