I absolutely loved my stay at the Little Sea House. Hugh goes above and beyond as a host and is super friendly. He is very communicative and took a good amount of time to tell me about the area when I arrived. Hugh gave me an apple to feed to the rescue donkeys and told me all about their history. He’s the best!! Like the other reviews mentioned, there was fresh baked bread waiting for me when I arrived ☺️The house is so peaceful and the surrounding area is beautiful. I spent an entire day reading my book in the window seat and enjoying the views of the water. I would definitely stay there again if I’m ever in the area in the future.

This is the best stay I have ever had on Airbnb, honestly…in all of my 11+ years of using it and hosting. Hugh is the consummate host - from the gems of his local recommendations, the delicious handmade baked goodies, fantastic stories and overall an incredible spirit of helpfulness. He went far beyond the call to assist with my unexpected flat tire, making calls and conveying clearly to those assisting me. He was always available with an open door for a chat about local life and beyond. The space is perfect, clean and cozy. It has all the small amenities you had no idea you needed. The window is inspiring for writing and painting, no matter the weather. The shore below is stunning. This was a life changing trip as I saw it in a dream before booking…I’m going through cancer challenges, so the lack of chemicals, clean food and natural fibers was perfection. I am so grateful for the time I spent there. Much Aloha Hugh, looking forward to returning soon.

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in dem kleinen Haus! Hugh hat uns super lieb empfangen und uns tolle Tipps gegeben! Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt - besonders das Meer von der kleinen Bank am Fenster zu beobachten ist einfach ein Traum. Ein ganz besonderer Ort, da man hier sehr abseits und ungestört ist. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Alleine die Reise zur Unterkunft ist malerisch! Durch die mystische irische Landschaft geht es an Seen und Schafen vorbei bis an die Küste. Ganz am Ende der Straße am Meer befindet sich das kleine Haus. Dort wird man von einem der nettesten Gastgeber die wir je hatten mit selbstgemachtem Kuchen und Brot begrüßt. Hugh war sehr sehr nett und hat uns einiges über die Gegend erzählt und uns Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, eine wunderschöne Aussicht, und bei klarem Himmel einen atemberaubenden Sternenhimmel. Wir konnten vom Haus aus sogar Delfine sehen. Wer es ruhig und abgelegen mag, ist hier richtig. Alles in allem ein absolut entspannter Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder!

A review of our stay has to begin with our host. Hugh was friendly, helpful, and a mine of information on things to do & see in the area. The house itself was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for two people, clean & bright, with every amenity. The location is great, beautiful scenery, and very private. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
