Only a short walk from the beach (~10 minutes), this beautifully renovated & PET-FRIENDLY apartment is now available for your perfect vacation. Please note that this is the upstairs unit of a duplex. The apartment also has a view over the Hampton River, and is only a short walk (~5 mins) from the launch pad at the end of the street for your kayak or your boat. With plenty of outdoor space and stunning views of the river, you'll have plenty of opportunities to relax and unwind during your stay. The unit features soaring ceilings, two bedrooms, a full bath, a large living and dining area, a modern kitchen, washer & dryer in unit, and an enclosed sun porch. This unit also features a mini-split system to keep you cool on those hot summer days. We take pride in our upkeep of the property, and our cleaners take extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. We want to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable stay. *Air mattress also available for bigger groups* IMPORTANT: Please note that we have a few rules in place to ensure that everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Smoking, vaping, or drugs are not allowed, and we kindly ask that there are no events, parties, or large gatherings. Any persons not previously registered/booked are not permitted to stay overnight without explicit agreement from the host Additionally, we require guests to be at least 25 years old to book. We've also installed a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance and a Minut noise monitor system inside the property in the kitchen/living room. These are to keep all guests safe and the property secure. Please note that the Minut device measures volume levels throughout the property and does not record sound, and we're 100% privacy compliant.
