No added cleaning fee! This cute and cozy guesthouse is centrally-located in the Paducah area. It is in a very nice, quiet, residential area just minutes from most any destination in Paducah. Newly renovated with new furnishings throughout. The guesthouse is super clean and much more comfortable than a hotel room. I am happy to help with requests or special accommodations if I am able to. The neighborhood is quiet and inviting. The kitchenette has a full size sink, microwave, toaster, and Keurig. The coffee bar is stocked to enjoy your hot or cold coffee of choice. The bedroom has a queen bed and a curtain for privacy if you have others stay on the pull out sofa. There is off street parking for one vehicle.
