The apartment is located in a street full of ancient architecture and noble palaces. About 200 meters from Piazza Signoria, Piazza S. Croce and a few more meters from Piazza Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. Located in the Santa Croce district, it is therefore part of Azzurra in the Calcio storico fiorentino, an event in costume, which takes place every year in June for the festivities of San Giovanni, patron saint of our city. In addition to historic buildings, there are several tabernacles in the street: one in particular is worth mentioning, perhaps the work of the brothers Benedetto and Giuliano da Maiano, reproducing the Madonna del latte.
If you want to eat outside the home, in the adjacent streets you will be spoiled for choice, in fact in the neighborhood there are many restaurants, fast food, cafes and clubs where you can drink even just an aperitif, a beer or a glass of wine. An advice? Try, if you dare, to taste something really cheap and Florentine: the lampredotto! Things? We'll explain it to you in person....

We are right inside the historic center and in any case, given that Florence is a wedding favor, you can go around all, absolutely all, comfortably on foot. If you are really lazy, it is possible to rent bicycles or scooters (there are more rent-sharing offers). How do you get there? For those arriving by train (or on foot): we are less than 1km from the Santa Maria Novella station, you can take a comfortable walk of up to 20 minutes through the streets of the centre, otherwise you can take a taxi outside the station (cost around 10 euros ) For those arriving by car or motorbike The closest motorway exit (so to speak) is Firenze Sud, it is about 10 km away and if there is no particular traffic it will take you about 20 minutes, then being in the center you can also arrive from the exits north, but you will be forced to take the inner ring road. However, if you arrived by car or motorbike, park it (we have agreements with some private car parks close to us), you won't need it! For those arriving by plane: Florence is served by 2 airports (3 if we want to include Bologna as well) The Amerigo Vespucci airport is located about 7 km from the centre, it is a city-airport, i.e. it is usually served by national airlines. from here it is possible to take the tramway which in about 20 minutes will take you to the SMN station (1.5 euros), from there to get to us as if you were coming by train. A taxi is clearly possible, except for an extra urban cost
