Had a wonderful stay great location. Hoang was very responsive and gave clear instructions for the stay. You can walk to the night life and the beach but it’s far enough away for some peace and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for a nice getaway. Can’t forget about how close the beach is, including so many restaurants. Can’t wait to be back!

We stayed in February 2024 for a couple of days. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed except for ice cube trays. Communication with the host was almost immediate and he was helpful when the tv didn't work. It was a quick fix. I would recommend staying at Hoang's place.

Hoang's place was wonderful! Just as described and looked like the pictures. Very clean and updated with a well stocked kitchen. Hoang was a pleasure to deal with and made everything about our stay as easy as possible - from check in to check out his communication was fantastic! Will definitely stay there again!

What an awesome place! Location is everything! It was quiet and the view was just beautiful. Beach is not far and my personal favorite is that it was located just 20-28 minutes (depending on how you decide to drive there) from the state of Maine. I’m visiting from NJ so being that close to Maine allowed me make a quick visit. It’s also about a 45 minute drive to Salem, MA. Hoang location is truly a gem. The house is nice and clean. Parking is easy to access and house has all the necessities needed to entertain a teenager, a pre-teen and a smart-mouthed 6 year old: tv and wifi. Should we visit NH again, we’d like to come back.
