Although there are a bunch of kitchen appliances, there aren't very many cooking dishes (cookie sheets, mixing bowls, pots etc.). This could be something that I missed in the listing, but was really inconvenient when we got there. The worst part of it was that the entire house reeked of marijuana. The entire house. It gave us headaches instantly and didn't go away. We opened all windows to air out the area which did nearly nothing. We messaged the host to let them know about it and they didn't respond to us. It was suffocating and a horrible experience. The sheets and towels reeked and had to be washed again before we used them. The pillows and mattress still had an odor all night. The area was scary looking, and we had neighbors staring at us every time we were in the yard, which made me uncomfortable. It didn't feel safe. The alarm system did help with safety measures, but overall we didn't sleep well and were scared to be there. Wouldn't recommend.

Logement très propre et très bien situé, nous étions à proximité de graceland, qui était le but de notre séjour. Nous ne sommes restés que deux nuits uniquement pour dormir donc nous n'avons pas vraiment profité du quartier et de la maison. Titilayo a bien répondu à toutes les questions avant le voyage et tout s'est très bien passé.

This was an amazing home to stay in! The privacy fence along with the security system & cameras made us feel safe & sound day & night. Smooth communication and friendly neighbors made it a great experience. 7 minutes Uber to FedEx & Beale St made it easy to come & go as we pleased. 10/10 would stay again.

We had an amazing stay, this place is a gem! Exactly as pictured & described, near shops & restaurants. Very clean & comfortable, I highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the Memphis area!
