Sue was a great host. We have lived in Scarborough so did not need to use the information about the area. The apartment. Was great with a lot of items for a few days stay. Clean comfortable. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Good arrival treats for kids thanks for the biscuits and milk. If need a place for the two of you great family of 4-5 good as well. Boys loved their bedroom down the corridor!
Sue made an extra special effort to welcome us at Christmas. The place was beautifully decorated with a tree & lights. There was a fully equipped kitchen that we made a full Christmas dinner in. 2 mins walk to the sea front.

Fantastic place to stay, lots of room, very warm and cosy and had everything we needed for the stay. Very responsive host who gave us lots of helpful local info. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Short drive to Scarborough Mere and Oliver's Mount.
South Bay attractions include new outdoor play area, Italian Gardens, Fairy Garden, Clock Tower, Clock Cafe, Spa which holds many concerts, both indoor and out. Home to the fabulous Spa Orchestra, and Farrers Bar. Open top buses several times a day. Amusement arcades, indoor bowling, the Wheel, mini-golf, and of course the beach donkeys.
Moving on towards North Bay, past the lifeboat station, the Harbour Bar selling award-winning ice cream, seafood stalls, the harbour, boat trips, Luna Park for children' s rides. At North Bay the beautiful Peasholm Park, Sealife Centre, Open Air Theatre (top acts), miniature railway, and Scarborough Castle.
Parking is on street, using a parking disc or parking scratch cards (provided free of charge by owner). There is usually ample parking across the road from 21a, around St Martin's Church. The public car park (not free) on Albion Road has EV charging points.
The bus stops are two minutes walk away from 21a. Taxi numbers are on the notice board at 21a
