Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located historic cottage in downtown Newport, Rhode Island. There are two queen bedrooms and two full baths with custom walk in showers. Recently updated with a chef's kitchen that includes a breakfast bar for four, quartz countertops, a gas range, french door style fridge, wine cooler, and dishwasher . The house is quiet and peaceful with central air and stylish furnishings creating the best of both worlds; central and soothing. The entire house is for your use and pleasure. The first floor has an open floor plan and offers a sitting area with large tv, opening into the large chef's kitchen with a breakfast bar. There is a full bath on the first floor with a walk in shower, in addition to the full bath on the second floor. The second floor has two queen bedrooms, and a second full bath with walk in shower. There are laundry machines in the basement for your use. The back patio is completely fenced and private for your use. You can dine outside using the grill or just enjoy early coffee or sunset cocktails in your private space.

This Newport cottage was a delight! A really prime location to get anywhere fairly quickly. It was clean and well appointed and is as inviting in real life as it is in the pictures. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but I think that’s true of Newport in general, and we were usually within a block or two of the house if there were no available spots in front. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to anyone for a lovely, relaxing getaway!

This downtown cottage was so cute! It was the perfect size for me and my 3 friends, it was clean, comfy, homey, and well taken care of. The location was great also - close to a bunch of shops and restaurants but also not too far from downtown and all the cool stuff going on in Newport. The only downside was parking. It was often difficult to find a spot in front of the house and we often found ourselves down the block and walking back up to the house. Otherwise, we had a great stay!
This place was great for our girls weekend. Perfect location, walkable to stores, restaurants, and bars.

This charming mansard-style cottage is located in Downtown Newport on a former working wharf. It's an urban location with lots of street traffic and a wide array of great restaurants, shops, and cafes just outside your door. It's location off Thames St means you are away from the bulk of the foot traffic, but so close you just step outside and walk 10 steps to be on Thames Street.
Within a five-minute walk, you'll find four or more wonderful restaurants, including Bouchard's (french), Cafe Zelda's (new American), Knot Norms (right next door), Thai Cuisine and a stellar seafood restaurant called Scales & Shells.
This property is in walking distance to everything in Downtown Newport. The town beaches are on the east side of the island (downtown is on the west side of the island).
Uber and Lyft are plentiful and there is a free trolley, #67 at RITBA that does a free loop regularly through town stopping near most all popular locations.
