Francine’s place is great. Set far back from the road, it’s a large property with beautiful gardens that feels so peaceful. Central location on the cape so everything is accessible.

We have spent a really nice time at Francine’s. She has a beautiful house and a wonderful garden in a quiet area of Eastham. The room was really confortable and we felt at home with access to an open kitchen with view on the garden, really peacefull place. Francine is really nice and welcoming. The place is really clean and cosy. For breakfast, Francine made available a whole shelf in the fridge with a full continental breakfast (milk, juice, fruit, eggs, butter, yogurts). The place is close to a superette which was really convenient and we could keep purchases in the fridge. For transport, we took the ferry from Boston and used mainly the Flex bus that does P-town - Eastham every hour for 2$ and also we rent bikes (under Francines recommandation) at Little Capistrano (nice people) to visit the ponds around Eastham, really nice ! We stayed 3 days, for a longer stay, do rent a car at Boston or Orleans (next village). Thank you Francine for you kindness !

Beautiful home, super clean and inviting. Lovely patio and yard. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was a really nice surprise. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. Her cat is super cute and friendly too :)
