Andrew’s place was great! My boyfriend I spent a weekend in Seattle and it was the perfect spot for us. It’s definitely walkable, as long as you pay attention to the bus routes 😅 It was a cozy little spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

Had a great stay at Andrew's place, so close to downtown and other top attractions in town! The bathroom is remarkable, what an awesome shower. Everything mentioned in ad was there and anything we would have needed Andrew already had it there, down to salt and pepper! Really enjoyed our stay thanks Andrew!

such an easy stay, just was at a loss for parking and control of the climate from the basement, but otherwise amazing!

Comfortable stay with high end amenities! Some nice cafes and a grocery store in the neighborhood, central location for travel by car. 23rd Ave is a busy street so you'll hear some street noise but great value for the comfortable space!
