First thing I noticed walking in is the smell of this place, smell of humid room and mould. I then found a dead cockroach on the floor. More cockroaches were found in the bathroom and kitchen cabinets. The unit is located on the first floor, next to a big traffic junction. Hence it’s super noisy even after midnight. Other than that, everything’s good.
