Great place extremely clean. Easy walk to Raymond James stadium. Lots of parking. Try easy to get to and the unit had everything you would need. William is easy to communicate with. Will be back again for another concert in the future.

Williams home was so nice! Definitely a hidden gem. The location was the perfect for the event I was attending. I loved the details in the home. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in the Tampa area.

We stayed almost 3 weeks at William’s place and appreciated the cleanliness of the property. Located on a side street walkable to stores and coffee shops. Close to airport and house realistic to pictures. William responded when we had needs and gave us space to enjoy our longer stay. Would rent with William again!
