Master bedroom and dining room area rugs were upside down, I assume because of bad stains on rug. I stepped on wire sticking out of rug in master bedroom and cut my foot. Master bath smelled. Not enough towels for the 9 guests that we reserved. When I called, I got strange noises, but they returned my call shortly and said towels were in a closet by washer/dryer, but it was locked. We were able to pick the lock to get to the necessary towels. Cleanliness was okay, but house clearly needs maintenance, and is a low appointed decor.
