My son and I stayed at Kyle’s for 3 days while visiting U. Mich. school of music on north campus. The place was perfect for us. My son slept on the couch. Nice comfortable set up. The place and the furnishings all seemed brand new. There is a kitchen if you need that with plates and all. The location was good for us as it is right off north campus. The parking is so easy to glide in and out of the place. Real easy up and down the stairs to the car in the garage and shoot right out. We were constantly coming and going and it was easy. There is a nice balcony (although it overlooks a neighboring lot with a few junked cars, which was fine, then some suburban family homes next to that). Kyle was nice to deal with and arranged our arrival and linens for my son, etc. But he was not overbearing. I would definitely recommend this place for a similar outing and I would probably stay there again if available if/when we return.

Clean and spacious, this was the ideal place for visiting our son on North Campus. Cool newly remodeled building with a nice ‘industrial’ vibe. Good places to eat (Thai and Indian) in the plaza next door. Bed was nice and firm and extremely comfortable. Bathroom also large - I suspect it would even be big enough to fit a wheelchair. Kitchen was nice and stocked with a few things to assist with cooking. Nice TV, easy to sign into our Netflix account and watch a movie. If I had to nitpick (which I try to do in all my reviews), I might note that the heat is a little loud in the bedroom. Nothing host can do about it—just a function of how the building is constructed. Overall the place is extremely quiet and peaceful, so this it is just a small nuisance in an otherwise terrific, well-located, and comfortable place. Thank you, Kyle!
