Great place! Wonderful location! Close to restaurants& other major places in down town Ann Arbor, Kitchen was well equipped for cooking as well’. I had a wonderful stay while visiting my son’s family. Definitely would come back to stay again! Q
I stayed in Nina's home while visiting my son at the University of Michigan for his performance at the Power Center for the Performing Arts. We could not be happier with our stay! The home is so conveniently located that we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. When we did decide to drive, it was literally minutes to get anywhere we needed to be on campus. We enjoyed being steps away from the Kerrytown shops and Farmer's Market area. The home itself was super clean and very spacious! Nina was a fabulous host and gave extremely clear instructions on everything we needed to know before we even arrived, and was easy to contact when we were in need of a flexible check in time. We appreciated the way the rooms were divided and the curtain separating the living area from the dining area. We did not need to use the couch bed but the curtain was a nice addition to make it feel more private if needed. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We loved staying here! It was perfect for our family of 4. The house was immaculate, which is always extremely important to me. The house is so cozy and feels like home. Nina’s art on the walls is beautiful and makes the house feel so personal. You can’t beat the central location. We walked EVERYWHERE.
Our stay in Ann Arbor was great. It worked well for the people I had staying with me, and we just really enjoyed the place.

I am a lover of all things in the spa world. I have built my reputation in the Spa world by being a great host and it has carried over to AirBnB as a SuperHost! I recently sold Bellanina Day Spa & Institute in Ann Arbor, so now I spend more time creating beauty in art and interior design and enjoying gardening in my 50' geodesic greenhouse in the mountains of North Carolina, near Asheville at The Artful Dome Mountain Retreat. I am in the process of creating my ultimate Guesthouse, The Artful Zen Mountain Retreat which will be open in the spring, 2023. It is located a few miles outside of Asheville and will have 3 BR/2Bath, Garden room, Spa area, pond, stream, Food garden, a Zen Garden, and plenty of place for relaxation. I am always seeking the high road and enjoy inspiring people and sharing my vision for our emerging paradigm shift. My life is built on the foundations of love, gratitude, compassion and generosity. I am thankful to have so many guests that love staying in my guesthouses!
