It is a great budget stay. Iqbal and Staff were very helpful and proactive. They made sure we were comfortable and provided us with everything needed. The food tasted great although I found it a little expensive. The location is slightly far but if you have your vehicle then its the best place to stay. Definitely recommended.

The property is located in the outskirts of Srinagar. Very well maintained,clean and tourist friendly. Iqbal ji provides in house restaurant which provides hot and delicious food. I recommend this property for family travelers who want peaceful accomodation with all modern amenities.

It was a comfortable stay with excellent room. The architecture of the place is vibrant and aesthetically pleasing. Staff was very cooperative, Adil and Shahid were very helpful and polite. This is the best property you can find in the city at these rate. But the property is far from the centre of the city with minimal access to public transport, the lake next to the property is dried up(Opposite to what it shows in the map). The food is outsourced at the moment( not at par with BnB) but Iqbal assured that they'll have their own kitchen within this month. Overall If you ignore the surrounding area and the food this was a comfortable and beautiful stay. Thank You Iqbal and the staff(Adil and Shahid)..!!
