Escape to the countryside to this beautiful one bedroom annex which forms part of this stunning house, perfect for couples or solo travellers this cosy retreat is situated near Henfield and boasts of stunning views and surrounding fields and countryside. Whilst we accept well behaved dogs these are the only pets we allow. You have your own pathway that leads to your own patio door entrance. Step inside and you are greeted by a comfortable lounge area complete with sofa, coffee table, TV and dining table for two. You will also find a kitchen area to one side with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Through the doors off the living room you have the good size double bedroom with Double bed and modern en-suite shower room. Outside you have access to your own private patio area with table and chairs perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Take in the views of the countryside and soak up the peaceful atmosphere as you also have the use of this lovely Summer house with seating inside and table and chairs outside.

We had a fantastic stay in Wendy’s annex. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed; as well as a stunning view. Wendy provided milk and other essentials which meant we instantly felt at home. Wendy and Roger are fantastic, friendly hosts and the fact they were happy for my two dogs to have free roam of their beautiful garden was hugely appreciated (by us and the dogs!). We would love to come back for another stay soon.
Fabulous place to stay, extremely clean and when Air B&B means breakfast Wendy certainly left plenty for us to eat and drink. Not all Air B&Bs remember the B = Breakfast. Huge thanks for a very comfortable stay
Absolutely amazing. Dogs had use of beautiful garden which lead to local walks. The views are stunning. Annex is so well thought out; top quality; loved the shower. Roger and Wendy so accommodating but also gave us space.
Very nice Annex in lovely surroundings! Wendy and her husband were both very friendly and helpful. Very clean and well looked after Airbnb. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I will definitely book here again when down in Brighton again.
We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Such lovely hosts, warm, friendly and so accommodating even when my naughty pup popped into their own house unexpectedly, sneaky little thing! The accommodation was 5 star! Beautiful scenery and incredible garden for dogs to run and play in. We wanted a peaceful relaxing break and that’s exactly what we got. Cannot recommend Wendy and Roger’s Airbnb enough. Only downfall - we had to come home 🙁. The perfect place to stay in every aspect and highly recommend xx

There is a pathway from the garden onto the public footpath with easy access to the South Downs.
This is in a rural setting and has easy free parking everywhere. Taxis are available by prior booking.
