Our traditional Sussex cottage forms part of the historic Dairy Cottages of Henfield. We have carefully updated this property to enhance its quirky characteristics, and really give our guests the experience of rural village life. Its just a very short walk from the doorstep to all the local shops, cafes and pubs of Henfield. This really is an escape into Sussex Country Life. Our home is arranged into 1 double bedroom and one superking bedroom. The open plan living/dining room comfortably accommodates 4 guests. There is also additional seating for 4 out side in the private fairy lit garden too.

Lovely location with very good places to eat within a short walk. Good size house, nice clean bedding and towels. Main bedroom very good, but bed in the second room was very noisy even when just sat down. House could do with some better finishing touches for example paint work- especially in the kitchen. Good brochures of things to do in the local area. We stayed here for the Brighton marathon, good location, we had a good stay, but bit of TLC needed to this property.
Lovely dog friendly country cottage with comfy beds close to lots of amenities and places to visit. Had a great stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Great location and the cottage was bigger than we expected. The hosts were great, fantastic communication and very helpful. We will definitely stay again.
Lovely little cottage right in the heart of Henfield village centre. Loved it. Gorgeous little coffee shops, cafes and a local Sainsbury’s all within a short walk. We have already booked our next stay in the summer!

We are situated in a country lane in a thriving Sussex village. Within easy reach of Brighton and many surrounding villages. This is the perfect base for Walking, Cycling, Visiting friends/Family or simply escaping to the countryside.
There is a bus stop just a stones throw that will get you to Brighton for £2 every hour. It will also take you to Horsham, another large vibrant town in Sussex.
Trains run from Hassocks and there are multiple Taxi firms.
Parking is unrestricted but please refrain from parking directly outside, there is a parking bay opposite and multiple side roads to park.
