屋主Luisa非常友善，在水上巴士站接我到房子里，还介绍了很多去附近岛屿游玩的线路信息，也很贴心地准备了水果饮料小零食，史上住过最好的公寓。房屋配套设施完善，尤其要夸一下厨房，有了这个厨房和步行4分钟的超市，你需要的一切都有了，入住这里和家里一样舒服，令整个威尼斯行程满分，下次还会入住这里。

Parfait! Appartement très propre et bien décoré avec tout le confort. Literie excellente. Le tout dans un quartier vivant et agréable, excellent point de départ pour visiter Venise. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Notre hôte était aux petits soins et d excellent conseil. Merci pour toutes les attentions.

The apartment was everything we looked for, the hosts are super friendly and provide perfect hospitality: we had an amazing stay! The perfect place for slow tourism, both for going out, or staying in the cozy apartment and cooking in the well equipped kitchen. The hosts Vincenzo and Luisa even provide a custom made guide of Venice's various districts and a list of personal restaurant recommends, very helpful! We further loved the rain shower, comfy bed and that you are indeed directly at the water, with Gondolas passing by in front of the windows. The area is also lovely, vibrant local life as well as not far from Vaporetto stops and the center.

Our trip to Venezia/Venice was a huge success. And Vincenzo's place was a big part of that. It just has everything you need, period! Amazing place for a long weekend or for a longer getaway as in our case. Full kitchen, even a starter food and drink collection, very good Wifi, comfortable dining/living room and bedroom. And the location is great, you can feel like a Venice local for the duration of the stay. Thanks a lot!

Vincenzo and Luisa were fantastic hosts . Their communication before going was excellent and they were always helpful and accommodating. Once in Venice they continued with fantastic communication and support . The accommodation is in a brilliant location , a real taste of Venice. On arrival we were met by Luisa at the designated place promptly and she was able to take us to the accommodation and show us around and gave us lots of useful information . Would highly recommend staying here .
