About your hosts: Dale is born and bred in Lancashire, with an extensive knowledge of the area. He loves nothing more than ensuring our guests enjoy every element of their stay here. He is always on hand to recommend and assist, so please feel free to reach out with any requests or queries. Rachel is originally from Brighton and worked in promotional events in the bustling seaside city. Her love of travel is something that started many years ago after spending many years flying around the world, for the the worlds favourite airline, in and out of luxury hotels, she knows first hand what makes or breaks a perfect stay. We provide refined comfort, bright and airy spaces, to fully immerse you, into the sights and scenery of Lytham. The original building has been beautifully restored and renovated, to the highest of standards, to offer unrivalled views, with the very best central location. Whether visiting relatives in the area, looking for a fabulous place to stay, relocating for work, or even looking for a temporary home, whilst renovating? We offer 6 fully equipped, contemporary-styled, serviced apartments for your holiday and short-term rental needs. We cater to individuals, couples, families and corporate clients alike. Discover what makes our rentals so special, safe and entirely tailored to you. Where are we? Our apartments are in the very centre of Lytham. Known for its leafy, seaside feel, on the north west coast. It is the perfect place for a relaxing break. Take a stroll along the windmill on the pretty greens that overlook the estuary, picturesque walks along the jetty, strolling through the plentiful independent shops and coffee stops or grab a bite to eat in the many alfresco eateries, that fill Clifton and Market Square. Our apartment entrance is directly situated within all of these amenities, meaning you needn’t worry about parking or travelling any further, once you arrive. Our Apartments Our centrally located apartments are newly renovated to the highest standard with fully furnished and well appointed unique, bright and airy living spaces. High ceilings and open living spaces, create a serene and calm living environment. Our modern kitchen’s include quartz work surfaces, Bosche ovens, with extractor fans, ceramic hobs, fridge, freezers, dishwashers, microwaves, Nespresso coffee machines, Smeg toasters and kettles and are fully equipped with all amenities required to cook and entertain. Bathrooms come with Villeroy and Boch, suites and heated towel rails. All bedrooms are fitted with mirrored vanity areas with seating areas with hair-dryers. Fitted wardrobes with extra storage with extra storage space for longer stays. King size beds with egyptian cotton bed-linen, to ensure the most restful of stays. Our living areas all contain Samsung 65’’ 4K Crystal Ultra HD Tv’s. These spaces are filled with natural light, Karndean flooring and direct views that overlook Market and Clifton Square. Double glazed windows ensure peace and quiet and a secure entry system with regularly monitored CCTV is installed, to ensure all of your security needs are met. Iron and ironing boards, cookware and board games are in each apartment. Complimentary wifi is included. A fresh linen and towel service is provided, per booking. On street free parking is available, within a few minutes walk to the Apartments. We provide two, two bedroom apartments and 4 one bedroom apartments, with private entrances and secure entry access pads.
