We had a great stay with Daniel and Topsy. Nothing was too much trouble and a huge advantage was that they offer type 2 electric car charging so we were all set up for the next day. The room was cosy, spacious and the views over the garden were fabulous. No corners were cut on toiletries, cut flowers and coffees and teas with decaf and dairy free milk options. I was very touched that they left me a lovely birthday card with 2 little chocolates 😊 The bed was warm and very comfortable so we slept really well. We’d definitely stay there again! A great little find. It was a lovely warm & cosy loft conversation. Great shower & quality toiletries. Drinks selection was wide and hosts provided fresh milk in a flask. Porridge pots for breakfast, which was a thoughtful touch. We had to change arrival times & hosts were really flexible. Great overnight stay & we’d definitely return if we visit the area again.

The room is beautiful. Top quality furniture and fittings. Lovely view of garden. The porridge was welcome in the morning. Coffee excellent.

Daniel is a very friendly host. Great Thai restaurant recommendation - Touch of Thai. The room was very spacious, extremely clean, with a touch of welcoming notes, including freshly cut wildflowers from their lovely garden (nice backyard view from the room), a variety of teas, mini chocolates, and fresh smelling shower gel :) We would definitely spend a night there again on route from London to Scotland.

This is a lovely quiet private room. The en-suite is lovely, great shower! The bed is very comfy. It was great for what we wanted: an overnight quiet stay on our way home via the Yorkshire Sculpture Park.
