Stayed one night and requested a refund. Huge mis-communication over kitchen facilities provided. The properly in itself is fine, however appeared to be needing a little maintenance. The gardens are overgrown and the outdoor areas are starting to look tired. The inside of the rooms are fine with comfortable beds and quality linen. The kitchen is basically a bench with a sink and small bar fridge (which is stocked with items for sale and has no room for your personal cold items). There is nothing in the kitchen cupboards, not even a coffee cup. On checkin I mentioned the kitchen wasn't suitable as I needed cooking facilities which I confirmed prior to booking. (travelling with a child with food allergies) I was provided with an old portable hotplate, one old pot, some basic bowls and cutlery initially. After explaining again, I was given a microwave that looked as though it had fallen from a truck. Unfortunately, I had to contact airbnb support in which the host agreed to a refund.

Très bonne location, très confortable, personnel très gentil et attentionné. Nous avions cependant réservé une chambre avec cuisine ce qui n’est pas le cas. Mais on peut utiliser la cuisine de l’hôtel donc on s’en accommode. A recommander

We stayed at this lovely place for 28 days! 👍 the sweet, and always friendly staff made our stay. All services were great, we used the hotline a lot to order delicious food. There was daily cleaning, but in our opinion that was a bit too much so we did it every 3 days. Unfortunately it rained a lot for us! But you can still swim and work inside your appartement. If there was a problem, it was taken care of the same day. Once again great to stay here! The use of the bicycles was also great! and if you are here, also go to restaurant Breeze; it can be walked and cycled.
