This unique, Architect designed self contained building, has a style all of its own. With an open plan kitchenette and island unit, including an oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer, you can dine in or go out to the Market Town of Petersfield. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children. The Building is a stylish purpose built guest lodge, combining open plan living with excellent washing facilities and flexible / cosy sleeping areas. The high ceilings and glazing keep the space bright and airy throughout the year. Ideal for couples with young children.

The Pool House is in the grounds of a private family house in rural Hampshire. With great travel links by road and rail to both London and Portsmouth.
The Pool House is an ideally located base to explore the South Downs National Park or as a stop over between Portsmouth and London.
There is free parking available at The Pool House. The A3 is 5 minutes away, with a half hour drive to Portsmouth, an hour to London or half hour to the M25 subject to traffic. There are 3 mainline stations to London and Portsmouth, within a 10 minute drive.
There are two pubs within a 10 to 15 minute walk from The Pool House and the charming Market Town of Petersfield is a 10 minute drive, which has a host of pubs and restaurants and an open air market. The Village of Liss is also a 5 minute drive away with a pub, a restaurant, takeaways and a Tesco Express.
The Butser Hill Nature Reserve and Queen Elizabeth Country Park is a 15 minute drive and has multiple activities for adults and families, including walks and mountain Bike Tracks. The Beach at Hayling or Southsea is a 30 min drive and Jane Austen’s House about 15 mins. Goodwood is also 35 mins away. The New Forest is within striking distance but is a 50 mile (50 mins) drive, although ideal for a day out.
