Only in Oceana with 2 BR with a wonderful private terrace to share with the family including a small pool, located in the best area of downtown in Playa del Carmen, 40 meters from the beach and two blocks from 5th Avenue. Amazing Mediterranean style apartment condo. The location is unbeatable, just 1 minute walking to Mamita's Beach Club and 2 minutes to the Coralina Daylight Club, even though it is at the center of the entertainment the street it's still a peace full and secure place. If intermediate cleaning is required, it will be subject to availability and with an extra charge of 30 USD for each cleaning.

Christian was our primary contact, he was very responsive and friendly. We had a problem with the washer/dryer and he got maintenance right on it. The condo is exactly as shown. The bed is very comfortable. The best part, in my opinion, the beach is a block away. Thanks Chuzo & Christian!
Great place great location
Christian is the best host ever. Very responsible, kind super nice and willing to help any time with local recommendations. The apartment is clean, bright and beautiful decorated with great taste. The big issue is the noisy around the streets. High level terrible music 24/7. I believe it’s this time of the year, of course not related with Chuzo and the property itself. I will return other time of the year for sure. Highly recommended. Thank you Christian for everything.
