We had a lovely stay at Janet's home. Our three generations comfortably celebrated the holidays as there were great common spaces inside and out as well as enough space for us to have quiet time as needed. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals, the property was well maintained and fun to explore and the water and hill views couldn't be better! Janet was a proactive communicator and really focused on ensuring that we had a great time.

Janet's place is beautiful as advertised, with beautiful views. for reasons beyond her control, there were some issues with the house related to an incoming storm. Janet was very responsive to the situation and when we had to leave early to allow her to fix the situation she issued a prompt reimbursement for the remainder of our stay. We plan on staying at her house again in the future.

Janet’s property is top notch, with incredible views of the nearby Pacific Ocean channel and coastline. Our family convened here for the Thanksgiving holiday week from FL and others parts of CA. We wanted a special place and this property did not disappoint. Tastefully appointed, beautiful orchards to walk through, and spectacular views. What’s not to like. Although an unexpected glitch occurred with the kitchen fridge, Janet was immediately responsive, arranging a new fridge to be delivered and installed the day before Thanksgiving. She said she could be contacted 24/7, and she meant it. Exemplary service. I highly recommend this property and its owner.

A beautiful house in Carpinteria, perfect for our needs for a long weekend family stay. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. Beautiful view from every floor, and lots of amenities. A very comfortable space. Looking forward to staying in this house again.

The house and the grounds are beautiful. The views are spectacular and the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. If you’re looking at staying in the SB area, this would be a great choice. Also, Janet is a responsive and very nice host. Whatever question we had, she provided great recommendations and information. Highly recommend this house. Thank you Janet for opening your home to us.
