Our family had a fantastic time. Comfortable, clean and well equipped. The host was attentive and proactive and seem to really enjoyed the area. This was contagious. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the area

We have stayed in a number of places around Carpinteria/Santa Barbara over the years but this was the nicest interior of all of them. Well equipped, beautiful grounds and pool, great kitchen and very comfortable. We look forward to booking it again soon!

Beautiful property, beautiful location, really everything was great except one thing. On our second to last day we received a notice that we were too loud for our neighbors. We followed all the noise disturbance policies. Our kids played in the pool during the hours that were allowed. We even ended our day around 6-7 pm and went inside. We received an email saying we were too loud and that action could be taken against us for if we didn’t quite down. It was a complaint from our neighbor to the Airbnb. We were not loud and it was really disappointing to get this response from the Airbnb after all the money we had spent and that we weren’t doing anything wrong. If you are planning on having kids be at this location or are going out past 7 outside I would not rent this place. We have rented places before and never had an issue. The Airbnb place should have a discussion with the neighbors and not us. It is not reasonable to expect no noise above speaking at an Airbnb with a pool.

Great house, great view. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. No issues with neighbors and making noise like some other people have had, though we were careful to avoid being too loud.
