San Remo was in the perfect location. The beach was a short walk down a path or it can be accessed from the pool area. The private heated pool and hot tub were an added bonus. The view from the balcony was amazing as you can see the beach, bird sanctuary and intracoastal waterway from it.

Very nice Condo. Very clean and updated. Linens and bedspread were new. Only issue we had was the hot tub was not working properly. I would recommend not having the thermostat locked. My husband and I like it cooler when we sleep and thermostat wouldn’t go below 70. Otherwise, I would highly recommend condo #303.

I was a little worried with the place being under construction when I pulled up, but once I walked in I realized I couldn't have chosen a better place for my family's vacation! I would highly recommend this place for future guests. Just make sure you fill out the parking permit properly. The HOA are stickers for this and will leave you a note note on your windshield if you don't.

The unit had everything we needed and the host left us a nice starter package of coffee and garbage bags. We weren’t aware of the construction until after we booked but it didn’t bother us as it ended at 5 and wasn’t done in the weekend. The hosts were very responsive. We would start again!
