We are a large family and very much appreciated all of the space in the house. Very nice decor. Kitchen was nice and set up well.

Stayed at Chuck’s house for a couple of days during Christmas weekend. His home is gorgeous. The entire interior is in immaculate, pristine, like new condition. It is beautifully decorated and has all you need for a weekend, week or even a longer stay. Nice view of the lake and the area was super peaceful and quiet, but a quick 15 minutes to Cooperstown. Chuck was a great host and if you need to stay in this part of the state you couldn’t find a nicer rental than this, highly recommend it.

The location is perfect, beautiful views, easy to find, great restaurants, beautiful trails, lots of attractions (for adults and children) and the house easily sleeps 8, and the 2 sitting rooms allow a group to spread out. We can't wait to stay here again next spring.

It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway, I would definitely stay here again. The place was clean and located in a peaceful setting. The host was very responsive and attentive to our requests. He had many recommendations for the surrounding area.
