Overall, we liked Tyler's place. The new construction was super nice. We stay in Black Mountain when we visit Asheville as it is a quick drive over, but, much more peaceful. We loved the house. There were a few opportunities for improvement--as others have pointed out, there are no blinds/curtains in the living room, so, it is a little open to the neighbors. There were also a few cleaning opportunities...nothing big, just the attention to detail in the living room. Furniture was all comfy and it had plenty of supplies. LOVED the master shower. We would stay here again.
We truly enjoyed our time at Tyler’s place. Everything was super clean, and we loved sitting on the back porch for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the hot tub in the evening.
We loved our stay at Tyler’s place. It was very clean and peaceful. Kitchen had all necessary amenities and we had a lot of space. It was an easy mile walk to downtown Black Mountain which was charming. The main downside was the fact that it wasn’t quite as private feeling as I would have hoped based off the pictures since the patio/hottub is about 20 feet from an airstream somebody was staying at or living in next door.
We loved staying here! Perfect home in black mountain and a short Uber ride to downtown Asheville. Everything was very clean and homey, the beds were super comfy and we loved the outdoor space. Huge plus that they are pet friendly and is the reason we picked this house over others. There were 3 bedrooms so we all had our own room and even room for one or 2 more couples to be on the couches. Would definitely recommend staying here.

There are fellow neighbors next to us. There is an airstream parked out back, he is the contractor for the neighborhood. He is not there unless a car is parked by it.
You will need a vehicle to get around!
