We stayed at David's house for a large family get together. The house was very comfortable for us to stay at and to relax. Loved the outdoor patio and the two living room areas. It was very clean, felt safe, and was mostly well stocked with what we needed. David was very kind and responsive before and during our stay. I highly recommend his rental for families to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at David's place! We were visiting with family in Indy and felt right at home. David was responsive and the house was nicely updated and had ample sleeping room for everyone. We could walk to the grocery, coffee, restaurants etc. Perfect!

Myself and 10 others stayed at David’s for a bachelorette party weekend and we had a fabulous time! The house was perfect for our group - plenty of very comfortable beds & couches, a fully stocked kitchen, and an incredibly attentive host. David had the place ready for us to check in early (which allowed for all the decorating to get done before the bride arrived) and always responded to questions within less than an hour. We had some unexpected snow our first night, and the next morning before we had to go anywhere, David and his sons came over to shovel and salt the walkways when we simply asked if there was a shovel available - such service! The house is very private, in a quiet area, and had some alley accessible parking in addition to street parking. It was nearby to downtown and lots of places to eat, making it an excellent home-base for our celebration weekend. Would definitely stay here again if in the Indy area!
