The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. As you step outside the apartment you’ll find yourself next to 2 restaurants, across the street from a boutique and within 1 block of more food options and entertainment. Once you arrive you can enjoy being within walking distance of many options without needing to drive and enjoy downtown Logansport. The apartment will be clean and you will always receive clean linens. Guest must acknowledge that the apartment is located on a 2nd level, stairs are required. There is a private entrance from the street. The apartment is very spacious and features a large dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and kitchen. The large bedroom has a queen mattress, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin mattresses.

Fantastic location with a great restaurant right underneath it Our hot water pipes froze and the owner responded immediately and did what she could to fix them, in the extremely cold weather that we had at the time. She was incredibly prompt with the repair. She was also beyond fair with the outcome. I would definitely stay here again.

The home is located on a main intersection downtown and close to Logansport Memorial hospital. There is potential of noise from traffic. Within walking distance of coffee, food, dessert and entertainment.
If you’re looking to explore downtown, consider walking. The best way to get around most of Logansport is in your vehicle. There are many bike trails throughout town and very close by if you bring your own bicycle as well with bike racks located throughout downtown.
The home has on-street parking available and a parking lot next to the building for off-street parking.
