My home is located in a lovely, peaceful neighborhood on the northeast side of town close to parks, trails, the Eel River and the 4-H fairgrounds which is just around the corner. It takes only a few minutes to get anywhere you want to go in Logansport from this location. If clean, quiet, comfortable and relaxing quarters is what you desire during your stay with easy access to anywhere in Logansport, than this is it. The home is comfortable and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. You will have the whole home except for the garage and a small apartment in the back which is not used very often. Guests use the front door to enter and enjoy their private space. This includes living room, stocked kitchen with two eating areas, full bathroom and 3 good sized, nicely appointed bedrooms. Two rooms have queen size beds and one room has 2 twin beds and a twin sized foam floor mattress that can be placed in any room (located in one of the closets in the master bedroom). The bathroom is equipped with a full tub with shower. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a smart tv for access to your apps. There are 2 separate eating nooks around the kitchen to spread out. You should find what you need in the kitchen to cook in if you prefer not to go out. The locked, sound resistant door in the kitchen separates the small apartment which includes the garage and a separate entrance around the other side and back of the house. This is only occupied occasionally and both sides are pretty private from each other. I’m only a quick text or call if you need to get in touch. The wide driveway has enough room to turn around and has dedicated guest parking spot(s). There is a ring doorbell facing the driveway.
