We stayed in Room 4 at Neon 160. The room had multiple dirty mats on the floor, the bedsheet had a blood stain and the curtains also had yellows stains. Overall, the cleanliness of the room could be a lot better. In addition, we had awful sleep. The other occupiers of the space were slamming their doors, knocking on doors, yelling and cursing in the early hours of the morning (1-3am). We advise Sarah to implement quiet hours as we could not get any rest! It is unacceptable to have a multiple people shouting and making a racket. Overall, the room was very minimal which we expected but could use with a mirror in the room. The listing also showed that an iron is available but we could only find the ironing board. The location was good, within walking distance to attractions. But it will not be likely for us to stay here again unless there is improvement on cleanliness and noise management.

Nice, clean place lovely for a short stay in Swansea. Just 15 mins walk from the train station.
