Shannon and Kim are a friendly and likeable couple. The place was perfect as we were looking for a peaceful place to stay. The 11 mile canyon was a beautiful treat. We walked around the lake daily. We rode the cog railway to Pikes Peak, walked downtown Manitu Spring, climbed Iron mountain, and visited the Garden of God's. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend! We will be back Mike, Rita, and Nathanael Bledsoe Dallas Texas

The location was exactly as listed. The place is amazing: nicely furnished, peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to navigate. Everything makes you feel like you are in a luxurious high-quality surrounding. The host was very nice and most helpful even with our forgetting to download the entrance instruction before we left our cell phone service area. The onsite WiFi/Internet also worked perfectly. One note that might be helpful for the elderly: The entrance is up several steps which could be a challenge with heavy baggage. We are in our 60's and did not find this to be a problem. We definitely and highly recommend this lovely place. We will be returning!

This place was beautiful, serene, and very clean. The hosts provided loads of tailored recommendations which we followed and made the stay even nicer! The view from the living room of Pike’s peak was one of our favorite parts, as was walking around the lake. Would certainly stop by again. :)

Shannon was very responsive and attentive too us, most definitely recommend to anyone else looking for a nice quite place with beautiful surroundings, also gave us a few things to do around the area which helped a lot with our vacation it was the best!!!
