Exactly within 2 min walking distance to Atlantic Square where there are grocery stores, restaurants, Starbucks, etc. Floral street is conveniently closed off to cars from the shopping center exit but open to pedestrians. ***NOT A HOME FOR EVENTS OR PARTIES*** The neighbors and neighborhood are very sensitive to noise & disruption in any way. Police has been called by neighborhood watch to breakup any party or event. Our neighbors and community are very very important to us & also very sensitive to this. We want you to enjoy the home but no events or parties of any sort are permitted. This helps keep the home beautiful and clean!! HOUSE RULES • No shoes inside the property • No Smoking of ANY KIND inside the House • Designated Smoking area in Front Patio or the Backyard (No smoking inside the property) • No illegal substance allowed on the premise • No unregistered guest(s) at any time • No unplugging of electronics • No Pets Allowed • No disturbing neighbors • No loud noise past 9pm We reserve the right to keep full security deposit if any of the above rules are broken. Please make prior arrangements with host if certain house rules need to be exempt. Additional Information: • There will be designated smoking area in the front patio and the backyard (No smoking inside the property). • There will be a backyard available to use during your stay. Access will be through bedroom #3. • There will be no access to garage as we store our tools inside. • Tandem parking is available on the driveway to accommodate up to 3 vehicles. • Extra guest fee will be $25 per person per night. This is if over 10 guest.
