Completely overpriced the pool was completely cold completely unusable even if there was nicer days there would’ve been no way we could’ve even tried to use the pool. There’s nowhere in it that states the pool is gonna be ice cold when we get there. Now the bedrooms, the bedrooms are completely unusable. They need new furniture when we called about a broken bed they said, yeah we didn’t realize they came in so cheap. They came in so cheap. They literally broke while my fiancé was laying on the bed. He tried to fix it, but it was impossible. They were so cheaply made until they update the furniture. I wouldn’t book the place. Other than that. The location was good. The house was clean. You just couldn’t sleep on the bed.

Our large family (2 adults, 7 kids - ages 0 to 17) stayed here while visiting family in the Surprise area. It was a quick drive out of the city to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Our kids loved hearing the cows and seeing the horses at the neighbors. The kids enjoyed the plate of cookies on arrival, board games, and that there was a pool. Even though it ended up being to cold during our visit to use it. The house was very pet friendly with a fenced yard and area for potty breaks, bags for clean up, water, and food bowls. Teresa was prompt at answering any questions we had. We were very comfortable in the space and the house had everything we needed. Loved that the check-in time was in the morning and check-out was in the afternoon. Definitely will be staying here again when in the Phoenix area.

My adult children and I stayed here to attend my daughter's wedding. This home had all the space we needed for bedrooms, game playing, and cooking. The pool looked inviting; however, cool temps kept us dry! We loved the rural peace and quiet. We loved it!!!!

This house was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the peace and quiet sitting on the patio listening to the birds. It was quick and easy to get to Surprise to visit our family. The house was very comfortable. We just wished we had more time to spend there relaxing. Hopefully we can on our next visit.
