The village has been elected to “the most beautiful in Spain” and the house is one of few kept with history and culture hundreds of years back in time.
Enjoy living in the village, only 100m from the town plaza with restaurants, cafes, bars and the supermarkets, and feeling totally isolated in the house with its small pool and amazing views. A perfect place for those who seek tranquility.
It’s the perfect place to enjoy calm time with family or friends with only a short drive to the ocean with beaches and mountain bays, as well as hikes directly from the house. The town Soller close by and access to tennis and padel 10 min drive.
The house is an old boutique hotel but has a charm as home. It originally has 9 bedrooms for several families together or large groups. The house is unique and never feels overcrowded due to its social areas, bedroom locations and enormous charm.
The kitchen is old but functional but made for larger groups. Air conditions in every room and some are more effective than others. Rooms and bathrooms are also old stylish and functional. No luxury but but very charming. It's an old house, one of the most unique in Fornalutx. Guests come back to us on regular basis because the love the house, the village and the environment in the mountains.
The uniqueness is a large house by yourself, and old hotel, very cosy and comfortable. With an own garden and private pool.
