Second time staying with host. Julie and her husband are wonderful. They have a beautiful property with great view. Very responsive and a feel of being at home.

Julie and her husband made me feel so welcome, I didn't want to leave! The peaceful wooded surroundings were idyllic and the fireplace the star of my stay. The hosts were immediately responsive to my every need and by the end of my stay, they felt like friends. I thoroughly recommend their lovely home to others and I am hoping to get back there to visit myself before too long.

Great place, pet friendly, and beautiful. We absolutely loved using the fireplace each night and are really appreciative of the provided wood and starter. Follow Julie's directions because GPS takes you to the wrong house. The house is clearly marked you just can't entirely trust GPS. The driveway is just a bit further up the mountain. The entrance to the unit is ground level with the door facing east towards the mountains. The owners live upstairs with their pets. Our dog was really reactive to hearing the dogs upstairs and she kept barking. 2 of us worked from home each day with no WiFi issues. All furniture was really comfortable. The linens have been washed with scented detergent or fabric softener; so for those sensitive, bring your own linens. We were there a week and cooked all our meals. The kitchen had everything we needed and there are some spices/oil to get you started. Oh, and having a gas grill for cookouts was a bonus.

The space is great. The only downside is the noise. Two dogs, hardwood floors, and not a lot of insulation in the ceiling. Makes for a lot of noise when the dogs are excited and they get excited a couple times a day. Plus the owners main space is right above you and ALL the sound funnels right down the stairs. You will hear every conversation. So just remember that you are sharing a house with someone else. House is lovely. Furnishings are great. It has everything that you will need and is updated and clean. Wish it hadn’t rained so much so we could have explored the woods more.
