I would definitely stay here again. The place was very clean and had great amenities outside. It was a little confusing to find but once we did, it was good. Frank was great at communicating and being proactive with information.

Frank Abnb was very clean. Air conditioning was fantastic. Kitchen was fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. Instructions to enter the building and unit are very simple and easy to access. Felt safe and neighbors are very cordial. Definitely recommend. Thank you Frank for being so responsive and helpful with our questions. You made our stay very comfortable.

Stains/black hair were on the blankets and towels when we arrived. The bathtub backed up, and toilet clogged twice during our stay. This plumbing issue appears to be a problem, as a sign was hung in front of the toilet stating not to flush toilet tissue, which is disgusting not to do with feces on it, but it was requested. Refrigerator is dated and had tons of rust on the exterior. Did not cool well. Power went out for hours, but that was a building wide issue. Balcony door does not lock-not safe with kids. Awkward smell when we walked in. Mattresses were very comfortable. Location was great. Frank was contacted about the toilet issue day 2 at 7ish pm. He stated that I’d have to find another place to stay because he would most likely not find a plumber at that time. I contacted airbnb and was offered a relocation due to the issue. However, I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and stayed. Plumber showed up and fixed the toilet,but then the toilet clogged again two days after.

Great stay with the family and I, kids had a ball, great for adults at night as well. Staff was great as well in building. Frank was very responsive, and helpful. Frank was a great, will book again hopefully in the near future.
