Excellent location and view. Amenities were excellent and the home was very comfortable. I do have to note that the stairs to the upstairs where the bunkroom is located are steep and shallow. The carpet makes them fairly slick and more than one of us slipped a step or two during our stay.

Beautiful home! View was nice!
This house was beautiful, looked brand new, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were sooo comfortable, and overall everything was lovely. There was a nice view of the river and it was only a short drive to downtown Florence or the beach. The only thing worth note is that the bunk bed room, which is where our 3 year old slept, is upstairs and the stairs are very steep with really narrow steps. Otherwise the house is very well appointed for young kids!
