Everything we needed, plus private and modern throughout. Close to amenities and plenty of stuff to do inside. Samsung TV in EVERY room (apart from bathroom and toilet). Aircon, giant washer and dryer, lovely linen and comfy beds. internet was strong, which was good as I worked remotely for some of it. Thanks!

Clean home close to everything, well equiped with everything we needed nice stay, enjoyed Christmas with the family here.

Dale's place was fantastic, relaxing and clean. We enjoyed all the comforts and appliances provided, especially the Nespresso machine and Airfryer. There was also a smoothie maker (didn't use) and cheese knives. Lots of plates and cutlery for kids. All beds, mattresses and couches were comfy. We enjoyed the theatre room with leather recliners, cup holders and storage. Everything was new. All beds were comfy and the Queen bed had memory foam pillows which were nice. Everyone was happy to have their own tv in every room with Netflix and YouTube during down time. The shower was ample with steaming hot water and thick towels. Bath needs to be looked at.There is a Dyson vacuum and huge washing machine/dryer that we didn't use. We suggested a dust pan and brush. Dale received feedback well and will get issues sorted. What a great host! We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend the place to our friends and family. 5 stars all round!
