I didnt have much communication with Ben as he was away but that was no issue as we were met with the friendliest, down to earth reception/house keeper ever, we were able to check in 4 hours prior to our scheduled arrival and had every need met immediately. The flats are old but it was very evident how much love has gone into them in such a short time. We cant wait to visit again over the next few years to see what progress you continue to make as a team. Kat is incredibly valuable, thanks for all the hospitality and such a warm welcome.

overall we rate Ben as 5 star due to his service and outstanding job of ensuring we were taken care of. We were disappointed to here about an hour out from arriving in Geraldton that the accomodation we booked that was a stones throw from beach had it's kitchen flooded. Ben immediately called and advised he had booked us alternative accomodation. Although it was no longer by the beach, with no other accomodation in same price point available, we were happy to take up Bens new accommodation for us as it was only a one night stay. the new accommodation was only lacking the location, everything else was spot on and perfect. Bens focus on service and ensuring he answered all calls to help us is worth mentioning. Look forward to our next visit and hopefully staying in this accomodation!

Booked this accommodation for my step fatherinlaw and his son and they loved the location. It was central to everything and walking distance to shops if you wanted to. They had everything that they needed in the apartment and the host was easy to contact. Originally being locals they knew where to go and what they wanted to see. Thank you for a great weeks stay.
