My family & I would have given this place 10 Stars if we could!!! We drove from Dallas Texas and still felt right at home when we arrived. Kyle was superb at hosting, went beyond any place I’ve ever stayed at. He made sure everything was convenient, available, and was very easy to communicate with. His home is a perfect stay for family & friends. We will be visiting every Thanksgiving holiday with hopes to be able to enjoy this home again. Very clean, beautiful taste in decor, comfortable beds/blankets/pillows. Spacious environment, the playroom was a big hit! We even enjoyed the backyard, the view (deer & squirrels were fun to watch) was one of my favorite pass times as I drank my coffee. You won’t regret staying here, it is one of the best places to stay. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home.

This cottage is in a great location and is very well maintained. The host was extremely responsive to questions and we had absolutely no issues during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely consider another trip here.

We loved everything about Kyle‘s house. The giant beautifully lit back deck with plenty of seating, more comfy chairs on front porch, beautiful sparkling clean house inside and out. Nice extras like games, beach towels, and a very well-stocked kitchen. Peaceful wooded setting. Ten of us from 18 to 81. We ate good food, had a bonfire, played board games, played beanbag toss outside, watched the sunset from the back porch, watched the sunrise from the front porch, enjoyed a rainstorm from the front porch, went to the beach nearly every day, laughed and talked and had a wonderful time catching up with each other. Kyle was quick to respond to our many questions and incredibly hospitable and warm. Thank you Kyle for sharing your lovely home with us and making our family get together so amazing!

OMG this was the best place. So secluded & definitely private but peaceful & serene. With a family of 10 from 10 yrs - 86 yrs old it was easy to get around. Only 3-4 steps to climb depending on the door you entered. The house has an open floor plan & spacious, easy to get around with walker/wheelchair. Beds are comfortable w/enough linens & towels. With a front porch or 2 tier back deck to sit on in the morning to watch the deer go by. Family sat long hours on the couch looking out the patio doors, it was so peaceful. Trails to hike thru the woods on & big yard to play in. Nearby lakes anywhere from 10 to 20 min. away. The family voted to return over & over again. Plus Kyle was the best host. Yes this was our first time using an Airbnb but we travel a lot. I would never go back to hotels. Kyle was quick to answer all of my million of questions & was pleasant, polite, helpful, informative & patient . Even after arriving he was quick to answer questions. Easy entry into home
