This bright and modern lower-level 1 bedroom apartment situated on our picturesque horse farm, invites you to relax and unwind within a contemporary space designed with Scandinavian flair. Located rurally on a spacious 7.5-acre horse farm that backs onto a lush forest. This beautifully designed 1-bedroom apartment contains everything you need to enjoy a peaceful oasis to escape in. A separate keyed entrance welcomes you into the space, which you will find to provide tremendous natural light and fresh greenery decorated throughout. This newly renovated immaculate guest space is meticulously furnished with a large modern sofa and armchair, stylish dining table, a 50' flat screen SMART TV and a gas fireplace that is nestled within the main room. High speed internet WIFI is also provided for you to connect to. There is a bookshelf containing an array of material should you wish to escape with a good read. There are also a few games provided that you as a couple can enjoy together. The bedroom is fitted with an inviting queen size bed with a brand new Kingsdown mattress, made with soft linens and an array of billowy pillows. The room also contains a desk, full length mirror and closet to store your clothing, an iron/board and additional blankets for your convenience. Additionally, you will also find a lockbox safe if you would like to use it to store any personal valuables. The kitchenette is generously equipped with a toaster oven, hot-plate, microwave, toaster, mini-fridge, coffee machine and kettle (with coffee / tea bags provided) along with cabinetry fully stocked with dishware and utensils. Complimentary breakfast snacks, fruit, beverages and treats are also included for you to enjoy. High-end laundry appliances are accessible within the unit and available for use should you require them. Operating instructions will be provided upon request. The 3-piece bathroom is finished with top-of-the-line hardware, fluffy towels, and premium shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Outside, the rear patio and backyard areas are yours to utilize during your stay, equipped with comfortable sitting chairs that provide a great outdoor sanctuary for sipping your morning coffee or for late night star gazing. You will also find a 2-person hammock hung along the tree line and a fire pit with chopped wood should you wish to roast marshmallows and cozy up too. Looking to embrace winter? Come for a snowshoe! We have medium and large sized snowshoes and matching poles for you to enjoy the trails at the back of our property. Please note, this is a sanctuary for mature guests only. You must be a minimum age of 25 to stay in our suite.
