The twin beds are fold-up beds, which you will need to unfold before use. The beds on the loft are not kept set up at all times. Guests have the freedom to configure the loft according to their needs. All the beds have heated mattress pads, sheets, pillows, comforters, and extra blankets. The driveway is gravel and has a steep incline. As does the huge sledding hill just steps away from treehouse. However, during snowy or icy conditions, I highly recommend you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle! WI-FI & TV w Netflix, prime and Hulu. Old school Atari game system with over 100 games. Various card and board games! Please note: there is no running water inside the treehouse! Heat: There is a propane heater inside the treehouse for comfort & heated mattress pads with controls for all the beds. Plenty of extra blankets and subzero sleeping bags also! Bathroom situation: Porta potty that is serviced weekly by the company. Sanitized and thoroughly cleaned between guests! Shower/bathing: My home is on the property, if requested, access to a full bathroom that will be exclusive to your party during your stay. Host Family interaction — Our family lives on the property and our home is right across the driveway in close proximity to the treehouse. However, my main priority is to allow you to enjoy the peace and solitude of this special place! There is a raspberry patch, apple trees, pear trees and a plum tree that guests are more than welcome to help yourselves!!! Guests should be comfortable and open to seeing our kids in the driveway and front yard. Interaction with us is rare, and we will totally respect your privacy.
