The rental has everything you need and then some. The accommodations were clean and everything was provided for a comfortable stay. The host is wonderful and very responsive for anything you may need. Quiet location close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. We will be returning in the future!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at Rebecca’s converted carriage house. The high ceilings were spectacular, very walkable to Rockport, and taking a dip in the hot tub after a long day of activities was incredible. Would love to stay again, thank you!

Highly recommend! ABB was beautiful, unique and comfortable. Home was very clean and cozy. Hot-tub a plus! Location is very walkable, enjoyed going to nearby restaurants/shops and walking the dog to the beach daily. Rebecca and Jay were very thoughtful and kind hosts, they went out of their way on several occasions to help us out. Hope to be back this summer!! Thanks again:)

Rebecca and Jay host a great little escape in Rockport! The carriage house was fully equipped for our family vacation with a baby and toddler. We really appreciated the convenience of being able to underpack - as the house had so much of what we needed. Pack n play, stroller, high chair, kids plates & utensils, toys! Rebecca was super responsive from the time we booked until the end of our stay, going above and beyond for our family. The location was awesome, a short walk to downtown Rockport and 10 minutes to Gloucester. The hot tub was amazing - so clean and spacious! We made some awesome family memories and would definitely like to visit again in the summer months!
