The location is exactly as described. We used this house for an executive offsite, and it worked very well. Everyone was comfortable. We did a combo of cooking and ordering in and we had no issue with the kitchen. It was well-appointed and had everything we needed. Victor is one of the best hosts I have experienced. He is very communicative and happy to provide info. We arrived early, and he was happy to let us in as no one had checked out that day. He is adding a hot tub/swim pool to the back. Even though it wasn't installed fully while we were there, he was kind enough to halt installation so we wouldn't be bothered. This property will be on our shortlist for future offsites. I would recommend that you book this place.

Victor was an excellent host and his house is so beautiful!! My group and I had a lovely and relaxing stay in Rockport this weekend, we would love to return!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb house! The location was perfect, with close proximity to all the attractions. The amenities and facilities provided were great, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host's excellent communication made the experience even better. Their helpfulness added to our enjoyment. Overall, I had a fantastic time!!

We stayed at Victor's for a Thanksgiving family reunion. The house was very well supplied. We had everything we needed to cook for and serve a dozen guests. There was plenty of space and bedrooms. The house is well kept. It is a short walk to town and bearskin neck, beaches, shops, galleries, restaurants, etc. Victor was very responsive and helpful. We couldn't have asked for more. All of our guests were very pleased. A great stay!

This house was amazing . We absolutely enjoyed our trip and the size is perfect for a larger group . It has all the needs and so close to train station.
